For Saturday, Sunday, or holiday interments there will be an additional charge of $150.00 for either a full burial or cremation.

* due to the recent dramatic rise in fuel costs, and a corresponding increase in charges from the company that digs graves at the cemetery, these prices are subject to change. Please contact the board directly for the most current prices.

Single Lot: $700.00 (One interment or two human cremations).
There is no payment plan, no multiple lot discount, and the cemetery is not equipped for payment other than cash/check or money order.

Corner Stones: $160.00 for 4 cornerstones, required with each lot purchase (includes installation)


Please understand that the Brookton Cemetery is a small rural cemetery and although legally bound to bury during the winter months (November 1st to April 30th), such burials are problematic for the cemetery. If a family desires a burial in the winter months, the amount charged by the Brookton Cemetery will remain as listed above. Due to winter burial potential complications, the funeral home and family will be billed separately by the contractor for any necessary snow removal and frost penetration, as well as for the digging of the grave. The Brookton Cemetery will pay said contractor $400.00 of the $700.00 as per the current practice with seasonal burials, and the family will be responsible for the remainder.
